Endorsement of Visa in New Passport

When an expat receives a new passport from their home country embassy while residing in India, their existing Indian visa and FRRO Registration Certificate must be transferred and endorsed into the new passport record.

Process for New Passport Endorsement:

• Submission of old and new passports
• Valid FRRO registration document
• Updated Form C / proof of stay
• Application for visa transfer through the official e-FRRO portal
