Children born in India to foreign national parents must obtain a passport from their home country embassy and an Indian Entry Visa / Exit Permit from the FRRO within the prescribed period after birth.

Required Steps:

• Official Birth Certificate issued by municipal authorities
• New Passport issued by respective Embassy/Consulate
• Parents passports, visas, and FRRO registration certificates
• Application for Entry Visa / Exit Permit on e-FRRO
