All foreign nationals entering India on Employment Visas must register with the FRRO / FRO within 14 days of arrival regardless of duration of stay.

Required Documents:

• Passport with original Employment Visa
• Employment Contract specifying salary (meeting min threshold)
• Pan Card / Tax registration of host company
• Form C residential proof
